Setup Your Shared Inboxes

Shared inboxes are those that are managed by your team. Any email can be setup as a shared inbox in Aptly, with powerful permissions on what your team can access.

Connect Your Private Inbox

Connect your private inboxes and use artificial intelligence to stay more organized, respond more intelligently, automate things and collaborate better with teammates.

Invite Your Teammates

Aptly works best if you have your whole team on board. Invite at least a few teammates and add them to your teams.

Your Aptly account will be configure shortly by our customer success team. If you invited teammates, they will receive an email invitation to setup their profile and connect their personal inboxes as well.

Once your accounts been configured, you’ll receive an email with login instructions and links to training videos.
